COVID之前去还觉得方方面面的态度和专业度都挺好的，怎么改成线上看诊就飞流直下三千尺？？
这两天的体验让我非常非常愤怒以及失望的地方有以下几点：
1. 不问我之前有没有注册过，上来就让我填写注册表。
2. 说要帮我约时间，不问我什么时候有空也不告诉我医生什么时间available，只是回复我"好的好的"。第二天未经我确认私自约了12:30的appointment且11:40才在微信上告诉我，我当时没有看微信完全不知道发生了什么。
3. 医生打电话来时是一位说英文的女医生。(以下并没有针对医生女士的意思)只是我找华人的诊所并且一开始都是华人医生给我诊断，我图的不就是方便和清晰吗？？客服并没有告诉我换医生了啊？？
4. 我跟医生表明了我想要看的是肌肉损伤不方便在电话里谈，我希望能指给她看。她就让我重新跟其他医生约时间。随后我跟客服联系，客服表示是有翻译服务的，但是问诊前从头到尾没有跟我提过一句。想划UHIP的钱想得这么明显吗？？
5. 我明白疫情期间大家都很难，但是对患者的专业态度不能丢失成这样吧？？感觉云顶从上到下缺乏管理，沟通和规划，之前的好印象被失望浇了个透心凉。
总之我再也不会选择云顶了。Extremely Unprofessional. Disappointed.
